Q: Method of payment?
A: We use PayPal, this is to maximise security and flexibility.
NameOn limited does not receive your credit card details.
There is no need to be PayPal user, most credit cards and debit cards are accepted in addition to other payment methods.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: An order can be place by registered NameOn customers that are logged in. If you are not a member yet you can still follow this process and you will be reminded to register or login before you can proceed to the checkout page.
To place an order you need to select the product you are interested in. In the product page select the quantity, the product’s colour, the stamping method and the print colour/s (if required) from the available lists.
Next write the text you want to be printed please follow the instruction on the left. A logo can be added using the “browse” button. Please write any special instruction you have in the provided space.
When all is done click on the “add to cart” button and the product will be added to the shopping cart.
Now you can click on the “Proceed to checkout “ button. If you have not logged in the system will prompt you to do so or to register if you are a new customer.
At this point you will have the option to print your order for your records, go back to the shopping cart or Continue to Paypal to pay. Please follow the instruction on the Paypal site and once the transaction is completed you will have the option to return to our site.
It is important to note that we will send you the final artwork for confirmation before any printing is done.
