All goods whether delivered or not shall remain the property of NameOn Limited until payment is received in full.

NameOn Limited reserve the right to adjust quoted orders in the event of any changes in the law or Government regulations e.g. import duties, taxation, customs and excise duties etc. All prices are based on present costs of production. 

Any order cancellations will be subject to charge for work carried out up to date of the cancellation. Any cancellations must be made to NameOn Limited in writing. 
All prices are subject to VAT unless stated otherwise.

To provide you with an excellent quality product we may have to adjust the artwork supplied by you. In any case you will be notified of these changes prior to any printing taking place. Once you have confirmed  the artwork with NameOn Limited the printing process will commence.
